Hannah

Some Slogan Here

Hannah Viljoen's love for oily colourfull paint, brush and canvas, stage décor and puppets has become a way of praise and worship. Her prayer is that her work become a portal for eternal truth to touch many a viewer's heart. Artwork speaks to the spirit of man, just as music does. Nobody has been able to explain this, as far as she knows, but

People have known her as Henriette until she embraced Hannah as a new name in July 2015, while working on a 1,7 x 1,6 m painting, “The prodigal son and the Father”. Her first name is Johanna and this has the same meaning as Hannah; to offer grace. In November 2015, Hannah opened a studio-gallery, called “Artworks by Hannah” at “The Art Farm” near “Eye of Africa Golf Estate”. Here she exhibits her artwork and functional art.

The Art Farm is in Alewynspoort, 25 km south of Alberton. (Google Maps on smartphones gets you there!) Hannah’s “Worship through Art” workshops and beginners’ art classes can be booked by groups that send her a inquiry or she advertises an event for a specific date. She also hosts Art workshops for professional Artists such as Elize Bezuidenhout and Ina Millman. Hannah can be contacted for an appointment at the gallery on 0823736076 or via e-mail: artworksbyhannah@gmail.com.
